| How it Works |
The Web Design ProcessYou might be wondering how the whole process will occur when you approach us to get your website built. This article was written to help explain how it will occur. 1. Initial ContactYou first step is to fill out the contact form located here. In your message please give us as much information as you can think of. 2. We will contact youWe will contact you during business hours and arrange a meeting. Think about a convenient location in or near your business or home and we will come to you for the meeting. 3. The First MeetingThe first meeting should take roughly an hour. It will involve a discussion so that we can establish what exactly it is that you will want in your website and what you want to accomplish. Think about any other websites you like the look of or what you want for the design before the initial meeting. 4. QuoteWithin 3 days we will provide you with a no obligation, written quote outlining costs and site structure. 5. AcceptanceIf you are happy with the quote then notify us via email. We will need you to decide on a final domain name at this stage. We will bill you for the domain registration as well as a deposit up to 10% of the price so that we will be able to begin the design of the website. You will be able to cancel at any stage during the construction process however we require that you pay for work completed which will be a percentage depending on how much work has been done. 6. DesignWe will start with the construction straight away. While we are doing this we will need you to write the initial content that you want on your site. We will send you a list of what we need. We will give you access during this stage to the development area of the site so you can provide input into its design when needed. 7. Site completionWhen the site is completed and you are happy with the final product we will open it up to the public (or later if required) and final billing for construction will be required. We will also start the billing for the hosting from this point onwards.
I hope this has helped to explain how everything will work. Please let us know if you have any questions. |
