A 'fair use' policy applies to Web Hosting accounts. At no time will data be uploaded to the website which is not directly related to the website. You are not allowed to use the web space as a file storage area. By doing so you violate these terms and conditions and your account may be suspended.
Payment for hosting plans must be made in advance. If payment is not made by the due date then accounts may be suspended until funds are received.
Hosting Plans are on a monthly or annual basis. You can specify which you prefer, or change at any time. All payments must be made in advance.
Violations of these Terms of Service or Spam Policy may, at our discretion, result in immediate and permanent disablement without refund.
Mason Web Design accepts no responsibility for disruption to service of payment gateways such as paypal or banks or any other third party which may be used in conjunction with a website.We accept no responsibility for losses of income derived from loss of service from such third parties.
While all due care and security measures are taken, Mason Web Design makes no guarantee of the reliability of the services it offers or of the security of its data.
Mason Web Design will under no circumstances be held liable for any loss or damage of web site pages or data or loss of income as a result of a failure of service.
Under no circumstances should any material that is illegal in nature be stored on Mason Web Design servers.
Clients will not use the email services for acts that violate the anti spam laws of Australia.
